Long Term Care Counseling
At ANS we recognize that meeting the care management needs of aging parents or loved ones can be an overwhelming experience. We have a network of resources and partnerships to assist families in Long Term Care planning.
Rehabilitative care is a critical component of wellness for older adults, and it may also play a role in recovery for individuals who have sustained serious injuries or those who suffer from disabling conditions like chronic pain or heart disease.
Medical social services
Specifically Medical Social Workers can help people cope with issues in their everyday lives, deal with their relationships, and assist the client with finding resolutions to personal and family problems.
As individuals grow older, their needs and lifestyles change. Case Management is a collaborative approach to assessment, planning, and coordination of services designed to meet the social and health needs of aging and disabled adults.
